To support the continual growth and marketing optimization of a nationally recognized brand, an in-depth marketing mix analysis was conducted to provide the C-suite with marketing insights and actionable investment strategies.
This is a presentation for an analysis I managed from scope to delivery.
The CMO and executive suite at a nationally recognized CPG company wanted to improve their marketing investment decision-making through data. I developed an interactive Tableau dashboard that enabled real-time decision-making, resulting in an aggregate annual improvement of $172M in marketing profitability across eight brands.
The dashboard aggregated the results and recommendations from media mix models.
